Finally, after delays due to Covid and years of planning, I’m so excited to share with you the details of our Yoga retreat in the home of Yoga, Rishikesh, India. See details below and click on View the Experience for more information.
DATES: NOV 11TH - NOV 18TH 2023
LOCATION: Tapovan, Rishikesh, India. I have found a beautiful hotel which is perfect for Yoga and is in a great location.
LOGISTICS: You would need to fly to Delhi or Mumbai, then catch an internal flight to Dehradun to arrive on 11th Nov. Check out 18th Nov. Transfers will be available if preferred flights are booked or you arrive at the airport at the same time as transfers.
ITINERARY: One week of Yoga twice a day, visits to prayers by the Ganges in the evening, accommodation (single and shared occupancy options available) and full board. Optional excursions include white water rafting, day trips shopping and visits to local sites. These may incur additional nominal costs.
FOOD & DRINK: Please note no meat or alcohol is served in Rishikesh. All meals will be vegan or vegetarian.

Costs are between £2999.00 - £3499.00 per person depending on single or double occupancy - please view experience for details. This investment excludes flights and includes transfers, accommodation and breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay and of course 2 x Yoga sessions per day led by Rakhee. At present, flights are reasonable at around £550-600 from London to Delhi, plus circa £75 for internal flights to Dehradun.

Join Rakhee for this very special day retreat in the stunning spiritual grounds of Watford’s Hare Krishna Bhaktivedanta Manor. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, this setting creates a sense of deep peace, with Hare Krishna Monks on site living and practicing their teachings every day. The day retreat includes plenty of Yoga and Meditation practice led by Rakhee, a fully Vegan lunch prepared at the Manor and a talk led by one of the Hare Krishna monks.

Each year retreats are run both in the UK and in Italy – these retreats sell out very quickly. They are specially designed to include Vegan and Vegetarian food, a wide variety of Yoga practices and are set in beautiful locations. All are welcomed, regardless of Yoga experience.
